Data Entry Clerk
Phoenix House
• Input data accurately and efficiently into our database from various sources • Review and verify the accuracy of data entries to ensure consistency and reliability • Regularly update and maintain database records to reflect the most current information • Perform quality checks on data entries to identify and correct any errors • Manage workload effectively by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times • Maintain detailed records of data entry activities and procedures • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management and security
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in data entry or related field is preferred but not required.
