• Direct Leadership: Directly manage the Infra and DevX platform teams, ensuring they are well-resourced, high-performing, and delivering foundational capabilities that accelerate product development. You will also guide the potential future build-out of a software platform group. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, InfoSec, IT, and Product peers to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies. You will draft and present compelling platform strategies, roadmaps, and progress to various stakeholders, from individual contributors to executive leadership. • Culture & Skill Development: Organize and drive departmental activities that contribute to skill development and team cohesion, such as training and knowledge-sharing sessions, specifically on AI tools and best practices. • Financial & Resource Analysis: Analyze software budgets and project costs to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction, proposing AI-driven solutions where appropriate.

- Assisting the development team in the implementation of the different functionalities and processes; - Create business architecture models with Microsoft technologies (such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, …); - Integrate project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities; - Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance, for instance the integration of corporate reusable solutions with Microsoft Dynamics and asses the coherence of the various architectural levels; - Assistance during relevant parts of development, testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting of these Microsoft solutions.

• Managing and executing projects funded by the European Commission that are centered on Information Technologies and Power System engineering. European Dynamics holds a prominent position in the field of energy research in Europe and has made significant contributions to large and strategic projects; • Crafting a comprehensive set of document deliverables and reports for R&D initiatives and business development endeavors. These documents encompass various elements, including requirements, conceptual models, specifications, as well as implementation and integration plans; • Taking the lead in advancing the landscape of Energy research and technology within Europe, particularly in pioneering concepts related to integrated energy-sharing platforms and communities, energy protocols and architectures, and flexibility markets and services; • Contributing to the design and creation of innovative products, services, and applications across various domains such as energy data spaces, energy communities, energy storage, and associated digital technologies. This also extends to areas like energy efficiency, sustainability, end-user engagement, motivation strategies, and investment planning and financing.
