About your team: Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our Application Support Group as a Document Processor to support the New Accounts team. This role will be part of a team building one of the world's strongest brokerage brands. What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: - Use Chinese language skills to translate documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese. - Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications. - Reviewing and verifying proof of identity, proof of address, and other documents collected from new account applicants. - Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance. - Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account - Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. - Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives. - Hours: Commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week with flexibility to work up to 40 hours (subject to hours availability). - Weekend Requirement: Minimum 8 hours of availability over the weekend. Which skills are required: - Bachelor's Degree - Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese languages - Experience: 2-3 years in Financial Services preferred.
