Technology Account Manager

KairosIT

KairosIT is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Technology Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that they receive optimal value from our technology solutions. You will be a crucial point of contact for customers and will help them navigate their IT needs, identify opportunities for upselling, and facilitate effective communication between clients and our services team. As a Technology Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise in technology services to empower clients while driving account growth. Your understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services will be key to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships. The Client Success Manager (CSM) at KairosIT is a proactive client advocate responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and maintaining alignment between KairosIT services and client business needs. CSMs act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, conduct business reviews, and take ownership of key client-specific processes.

Job Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Lifecycle Assessments and Recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project implementations and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, preparing reports for clients to showcase the value delivered through our solutions.
  • Issues Escalation and resolution support.
  • Contract and renewal awareness.
  • Ownership of high level processes for key accounts
  • Engage in contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements to maximize account profitability and value.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, IT sales, or similar roles within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT service solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Experience working within an MSP or IT service provider environment is a plus
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales and client interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively.
  • Experience with MSP software for managing client interactions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
