• Research prospective clients ahead of discovery calls to explore how our services can support client goals. • Meeting with prospective clients—typically founders, operators, or clinicians—and guiding them through how they can set up their practices compliantly. • Helping clients get clarity on what they need to launch and scale—and showing them how we can get them there. • Evaluate client needs and offer solutions as to how we can help them stay compliant, while scaling their businesses. • Outline partnership terms with prospective clients, aligning on our scope of work, pricing, and timelines. • Close deals efficiently by addressing key concerns, confirming next steps, and setting clients up for a smooth onboarding experience. • Maintaining strong client-relationships through frequent touchpoints to provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles - building trust, driving engagement, and inspiring confidence in individuals launching their practices.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
