Designer II, 3D Visualization
Brooks Running
• create and refine digital assets for Footwear Design • provide product visualizations for multiple stages of the design process and product merchandising, pre-line, sales, e-commerce, and marketing efforts • manage larger, more complex projects • own several projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure that 3D assets are aligned with project goals • continuously build on your technical and creative expertise to improve workflow efficiencies and introduce innovative design approaches • mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills while continuing to refine your own technical mastery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design-related field or equivalent.
- 5+ years of 3D visualization experience.
- Highly proficient knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering tools (Blender, Rhino, Modo, Substance Suite, Keyshot).
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Footwear-specific knowledge preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts is a plus.
- Background in animation, rigging, video editing, and/or compositing preferred but not required.
- Background in real-time rendering software preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines without fail.
- Ability and interest in teaching.
- Ability to collaborate with hybrid and remote team members.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and internal resources.
- Ability to be flexible and multitask many different projects at once.
- Interest and ability to create unique solutions.

- Travel 10% (Domestically / Internationally).
