Senior Creative Developer
Fusion Academy
• Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives • Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the creative department • Conceptualize and lead the design of marketing campaigns and materials such as digital ads, newsletters, social media content, and brochures • Guide the creative team on best practices for design, layout, and messaging • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with our target audience • Monitor industry trends and competition to stay up-to-date on emerging creative trends and identify opportunities for innovation • Build and maintain relationships with external creative partners such as agencies and freelancers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work, including design projects and marketing campaigns
- Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as other design and video editing software
