• Collaborate with the web3 team to create scalable, secure, and efficient solutions within the Polygon Network. • Lead technical workshops, deep-dives, and architectural reviews to support consumer payments, infrastructure, and other web3-native dApps. • Partner with contributors to develop innovative blockchain solutions, leveraging AggLayers capabilities. • Ensure solutions align with Polygons strategic objectives and are optimized for performance, security, and cost-efficiency. • Identify and seize joint go-to-market opportunities to enhance Polygons technology impact. • Act as a trusted advisor to developers, translating their needs into successful blockchain solutions on Polygon. • Support joint sales and marketing efforts to promote ecosystem growth. • Stay updated on blockchain trends, including interoperability, scaling, user onboarding, and developer experience. • Share best practices and innovations with the community through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements. • Represent contributor feedback within Polygon Labs, guiding the development of features and services that align with ecosystem needs.

• Responsible for security related products planning and design, establishing the technical road-map, and completing the construction and coding implementation of important modules and core frameworks. • Define and implement architecture standards and best practices, responsible for underlying infrastructure / architecture maintenance, develop / maintain tools that automate operational activities and improve engineering productivity, provide automated continuous delivery and on-demand capacity management solutions. • Responsible for direct user requirements engagement, forming corresponding APIs for client delivery, and maintaining customer relationships. Continuously improve customer satisfaction. • Identify and solve technical issues in back-end systems, ensuring system performance and stability. • Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoring, optimize the products to maximize speed and scale. • Design and build libraries and frameworks that will be further used by internal clients, speed up development efficiency and improve code quality.

• Conduct security audits on smart contracts, wallets and blockchains, and write high-quality audit reports • Develop automated scanning and monitoring tools for smart contracts, wallets and blockchains • Utilize scanning tools to detect vulnerabilities in online contracts and promptly issue risk warnings • Conduct post-mortem analysis on various hacking incidents, examining the causes, processes, prevention, correction and basic fund tracing • Proactively identify on-chain risks, monitor and model emerging on-chain attack vector trends, and possess a solid understanding of on-chain security risks such as fraud and phishing • Demonstrate a strong understanding of EVM and non-EVM blockchains and layer 2 solutions, and be familiar with DeFi design patterns • Perform a review analysis on newly disclosed vulnerabilities for smart contracts and summarize the root cause behind the exploits for early detection in the future • Demonstrate good understanding of cryptography and Security solutions which is utilized under blockchain products • Conduct Pen Testing and reviews for blockchain products and provide high quality feedback
