• Actively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our Ruby on Rails backend in close collaboration with a dynamic, cross-functional team. • Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and technical spikes to foster collaboration and code quality. • Work closely with our CTO, Product Lead, and Sustainability Lead to transform customer feedback into impactful features that make a real difference. • Develop scalable, efficient solutions for complex problems while adhering to clean code principles. • Help maintain a high standard of code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and consistent use of ESLint, Rubocop, and other code-quality tools. • Take ownership of the full deployment process, from testing in a separate environment to live deployment on Heroku ensuring seamless and reliable platform performance. • Drive improvements in automation and platform monitoring to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of both technology and sustainability solutions.

• Conduct insightful discussions with clients to understand their data integration requirements • Develop and implement tailored solutions for data migrations from client systems to online stores (primarily Shopify) • Take responsibility for accurate data mapping and transformation to ensure data integrity • Continuously improve processes for more efficient data transfer

• Develop and maintain the backend services of our DeFi applications. • Engage in smart contract development, blockchain indexing, security monitoring, and tracking metrics. • Communicate efficiently with product and business development teams to gather requirements and participate in product planning and system design.
