Customer Experience Support Specialist

Description This would be a short-term, remote support role focused primarily on order entry and basic CX support to maintain continuity during the transition. Proposed duration is 6–8 weeks, with the understanding that this may extend slightly to support onboarding and training of the permanent replacement if needed. The intent is to ensure a smooth transition without disruption to order flow or customer experience. Hours would be capped at 30 per week, with any additional hours approved in advance based on workload. This role will be fully remote with no direct people management responsibilities.
