About the role: Join K Health as we partner with the nations top rated hospital systems to close care gaps by launching completely Virtual Comprehensive Care Clinics. We are looking for full-time, Primary Care Clinicians who will deliver fully remote text and video based, comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate has state licenses in NJ (must have), CT, NY, and PA. You will be responsible for maintaining strong rapport with your patients, representing K Health and our clinical partners, while providing world class remote care. You must be a board certified Family Medicine physician and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care, including mental health and pediatrics. Work from the comfort of your own home and deliver care to those who need it the most, backed by K Health's cutting edge Clinical AI Platform. Our virtual clinics are fully supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff greatly reducing your administrative burden. What you'll be doing: - Provide text and video based comprehensive care, including acute care - Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician - Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs - Manage patient follow ups for chronic care programs - Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate - Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes - Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient care What we're looking for: - 3+ years of post-residency work experience - Active state license in NJ required; CT, PA & NY state licenses preferred - Board-Certified in Family Medicine - Must be currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider - Primary care experience and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions - Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented - Clean background and medical malpractice history - Willing to commit to 40 hours per week, including 36 clinical hours: 12 hours on Saturday, 12 hours on Sunday, and 12 hours on one weekday - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
