Overview Join our mission to revolutionize access to mental healthcare for students nationwide through innovative, school-based solutions. We currently partner with over 60 school districts, including Kaiser Permanente, reaching more than one million students across the U.S. Our clinicians benefit from a stable caseload and consistent referrals. We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students ages 11-24 throughout California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success. Key Benefits - Competitive Compensation: - 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay) - Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm) - Caseload Commitment: 5 to 30 clients a week, your choice. We've found that clinicians with a caseload of 10 clients a week is a sweet spot! - Contract Perks (1099): Low weekly caseload minimum (5 sessions), bilingual pay, cross-license bonuses in states we are active in - Administrative support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling so you can focus on care - Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere in the US with a reliable Internet connection - Professional Development: CE credits, malpractice insurance, and ongoing training opportunities - Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative network, and team discussions Qualifications - Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California - Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings - Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection - Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity - Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F) for 1099 contractors Role & Responsibilities - Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions - Build trusted relationships with students and families - Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers Minimum caseload: 1099 contractors have a minimum of 5 sessions per week.
