Personal Vacation Planner – Outbound Sales Representative

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote maritime leisure vacation packages. • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers based on their preferences. • Build rapport with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences effectively. • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to book their dream oceanic leisure vacation. • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. • Follow up with customers via email to provide additional information and support. • Demonstrate consistent and reliable performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service metrics. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and service requests in the CRM system. Stay informed about the latest cruise offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- At least 1 years of experience in sales in the BPO/Call Center industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- A natural affinity for achieving sales targets, with a record of consistent performance.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/service tools.
