• Assist attorneys with litigation case management from intake through resolution. ⚖️ • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. 📝 • Manage case files, deadlines, court calendars, and litigation schedules. 📅 • Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation for active cases. 🔍 • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties in English and Spanish. 🗣️ • Prepare discovery materials, document productions, and case summaries. 📂 • File legal documents electronically and maintain accurate case records. 💻 • Answer and route phone calls professionally while providing case updates when appropriate. 📞

Job Requirements

  • ✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has at least **one year of experience working in a U.S. litigation law firm.** 💼
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in law or a related field. 🎓
  • Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple cases and deadlines. 📌
  • Has proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and document preparation. 📚
  • Has experience supporting civil litigation, personal injury, employment law, insurance defense, or similar practice areas. ⚖️
  • Is skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. 💻
  • Can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. 💪
  • Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌎
  • Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ⚡
