Ruby Labs
• Take full ownership of UX, design quality, and user journeys across the product. • Define and enforce a clear, scalable design system. • Lead and manage designers and frontend engineers involved in UI/UX work. • Turn UX into a measurable growth lever, improving activation, retention, and conversion. • Work closely with Product and Growth to design and optimize funnels, onboarding, and monetization flows. • Establish a structured approach to UX research, including defining research priorities, running surveys and interviews, and extracting actionable insights. • Take ownership of data-driven UX decisions: analyze product analytics, identify patterns and friction points, define hypotheses and experiments. • Proactively request and define new analytics/reporting needs with the data team. • Audit and continuously improve the end-to-end user journey — from acquisition to retention.
