Data Analytics Manager
JLL - Jones Lang LaSalle
• partner with department leaders to define KPIs and ensure data initiatives directly support business objectives; • maintain high standards for data documentation and quality within the specific business domain; • oversee the end-to-end delivery of localized data products, ensuring data is clean, modeled and ready for non-data experts; • evaluate priorities to efficiently balance resources and develop data specialists according to the team needs; • identify and automate manual workflows to improve team efficiency and data reliability; • act as the primary technical point of contact for the business unit, translating complex data requirements into actionable insights; • sync with the central Data teams to ensure local data models align with Wellhub’s global data architecture; • inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Job Requirements
- Academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related fields;
- Previous experience in people management, large datasets, product management and data visualization tools (eg. Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker, etc);
- Proven expertise in SQL and Python, developing data models and analysis;
- Fluent/Advanced English (mandatory for global collaboration);
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously;
- Ability to act as a Product Manager (PM) for the team;
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely;
- Machine learning knowledge is a plus;
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
