We are currently evolving our platform to support deep-tier interconnection across the Motorola product portfolio. Our team values high-performance engineering, architectural integrity, and a commitment to building the most reliable real-time tools in the industry. While our stack features Vue 3, Pinia, and TypeScript on the frontend and Go on the backend, we prioritize engineering fundamentals over specific library knowledge. We are looking for a seasoned developer who can navigate complex logic, manage sophisticated state, and help us steer our architecture forward. Job Description - Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. - Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. - Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. - Architects and implements complex state management patterns and robust API integrations to support a scaling ecosystem. Optimizes delivery by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and leveraging Firebase services for rapid, reliable feature deployment. Basic Requirements - Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a heavy focus on modern frontend architecture. - Complex Logic & State: Proven ability to manage intricate application states and data flows (e.g., Pinia, Vuex, or Redux). - API & Infrastructure: Deep understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and hands-on experience with Firebase and CI/CD workflows. - Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS/HTML. - Engineering Mindset: A strong foundation in design patterns and the ability to drive architectural changes across a large codebase. - Collaboration: Demonstrated team player skills and a willingness to mentor others. • Build scalable web applications utilizing open-source tools and technologies • Use REST and GraphQL APIs • Be able to work independently while communicating progress to other members of the team • Lead the technical planning, user story and technical acceptance creation, and coding • Identify and correct complex bugs and problems • Plan technical architectures that minimize or eliminate performance problems, complexity, or solution fragility • Implement a front end based on mock-ups and, in some cases, based on visual design • Develop a front end using the latest responsive design development techniques

• Drive architecture and development for key front-end subsystems like administration, workflow, and reporting, taking them from early concepts to mature, scalable solutions • Co-author our custom UI framework, creating the foundational tools and documentation that will empower application and customer engineering teams to build faster and more consistently • Mentor engineers across the team, sharing deep expertise in TypeScript and React and raising our front-end craft • Champion a culture of quality by implementing and overseeing a comprehensive testing strategy, ensuring we ship robust, low-drama features • Partner with product and design to turn complex business needs into elegant, practical user experiences on our new enterprise platform
