Solutions Architect – DevOps

• Maintain large scale computational and AI infrastructure • Focus on monitoring, logging, workload orchestration (Kubernetes and Linux job schedulers) • Optimize scalable, production-ready Kubernetes-based container platforms • Develop and document standard methodologies and operational guidelines • Perform end-to-end resolving across the stack • Support Enterprise, Research & Development activities • Deploy monitoring solutions for servers, network, and storage • Develop tooling to automate deployment and management of large-scale infrastructure environments • Create and deliver high-quality documentation • Become the technical leader for assigned customer accounts
Job Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 5+ years of professional experience in managing scalable cloud environments and automation engineering roles
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, resource scheduling, scaling, and integration with HPC environments
- Proven understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP stack), data center architectures, and hands-on experience managing HPC/AI clusters
- Familiarity with HPC and AI technologies (CPUs, GPUs, high-speed interconnects)
- Deep knowledge of Linux (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu), OS-level security, and protocols (TCP, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience with storage solutions such as Lustre, GPFS, ZFS, XFS, and emerging Kubernetes storage technologies
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting, configuration management, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with observability stacks (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus)
- Strong background in crafting scalable solutions and providing consultative support to customers.

Position: Guidewire Technical Architect Experience: 12 to 18yrs Work Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Chennai Deep architectural knowledge of InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter) and a strong understanding of their cross-functional interactions. Extensive knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle, including underwriting rules, claims adjudication, and financial reporting. Stay ahead of Guidewire Ski-release cycles to evaluate new features and determine their business value. Gosu & Java: Advanced proficiency in Gosu and a solid foundation in Java. Hands-on experience with cloud-native implementations, including Cloud APIs, Integration Gateway, and Jutro for digital front-ends. Ability to manage complex product model changes and publish them without disrupting the runtime environment. Knowledge of Guidewire App Events, Messaging plugins, Event Fired Rules, and asynchronous processing. Design and maintain the end-to-end technical architecture for Guidewire implementations, specializing in cloud-native configurations and cross-module synchronization. Ability to translate complex technical debt and architectural trade-offs to Finance and Business executives. Conducting code reviews and guiding senior/junior developers. Driving architectural standards within Scrum methodologies. Liaison with Stakeholders serving as a bridge between the development team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
