Field Claims Representative

Solera, Inc.

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments • Complete all tasks assigned in a diligent manner • Assist in business development activities • Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations • Communicate with your Field Manager and Service Manager • Follow all standard operating and safety procedures • Present in a professional manner • Ability to work in adverse conditions • Perform work assignments in a safe and concise manner • Coordinate with Scheduling team on assignments • Conduct walkthrough and brief interview of insured • Capture inventory of total loss contents • Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours

Job Requirements

  • Strong problem solving, project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Excellent personal organization and leadership skills
  • Results oriented
  • Property and Casualty claim experience a plus
  • Restoration industry experience a plus
  • Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area
  • Ability to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle available for use
