BAE is seeking an experienced AutoTime Technical/Functional Systems Analyst to join our team supporting AutoTime (timesheet/time attendance/manufacturing) across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, interpret requirements, and determine how AutoTime can be configured to meet those needs. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for AutoTime, providing day-to-day operational support, responding to customer requests, and resolving issues in coordination with the team. - Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyze them against available capabilities, perform gap analysis, and translate them into technical specifications for solution design. - Implement designed solutions using technical expertise. - Create ad-hoc queries and scripts to analyze data and support operational requests. - Provide estimates on the impact and cost of requested changes. - Present alternatives for requirements and solution design, and suggest improvements in business processes.
