Manager – Event Marketing, APAC

BCD Travel

• Delivers customer event strategy, implementation, planning & messaging across events • Maintains overview of event budgets • Aligns with global event processes • Supports event registration sites, including building agendas • Onsite event support including registration and AV setups • Applies event standards, monitors event performance • Develops and executes communication and marketing plans around events • Manages global event calendar

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing domain
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, advertising, design, or related field
  • 5+ years event management experience
  • Ability to project manage multiple tasks and events
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiarity with event management technology like Cvent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word processing, presentation creation, spreadsheets, and graphics)
