Governance Framework Analyst
CACI International Inc
• Interpret and analyze organizational policies to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain comprehensive governance framework documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Conduct risk analysis to identify potential governance risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Perform compliance auditing to ensure the organization adheres to internal policies and external regulations. • Assess the impact of emerging technologies on governance frameworks and recommend adjustments as needed. • Integrate federal regulations into the organization’s governance framework to ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Define and implement governance metrics to measure the effectiveness of governance processes and frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance strategies with business objectives and IT strategies. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for governance processes, configurations, and procedures. • Stay current with emerging governance technologies, trends, and best practices. • Participate in the procurement and evaluation of governance tools and software. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all governance efforts. • Conduct regular reviews and audits of governance processes to identify areas for improvement. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance strategies and methodologies. • Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire
- Master’s degree in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Governance Framework Analyst or in a similar governance role.
- Strong skills in policy interpretation and analysis.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining governance framework documentation.
- Experience in conducting risk analysis and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Expertise in performing compliance auditing and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on governance frameworks.
- Experience in integrating federal regulations into organizational governance frameworks.
- Strong skills in defining and implementing governance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent.
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and software.
- Knowledge of international regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 31000).
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
