As the Manager of Feasibility at ICON, you will be instrumental in evaluating the feasibility of clinical trials by assessing various factors such as site capabilities, patient demographics, and study logistics. Your insights will ensure that we select the most promising studies and set them up for success. What You Will Be Doing: - Conducting comprehensive feasibility assessments, including site evaluations and patient recruitment strategies. - Collaborating with project teams to develop targeted feasibility plans that align with clinical objectives. - Engaging with investigative sites to gather critical data and insights that inform study viability. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to enhance our feasibility strategies and recommendations. - Preparing detailed reports and presentations on feasibility findings to support decision-making processes. Your Profile: - Degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Extensive experience in feasibility assessment, site management, or clinical operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
