Job Requirements
- Experience in transactional core banking environments (accounts, payments, PIX, settlements, open finance);
- Product mindset and understanding of business metrics;
- Experience in people management and leading development teams;
- Knowledge of modern architecture (APIs, gateways, microservices, containers, messaging, event streaming);
- Knowledge of .NET, Node or JavaScript;
- Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP);
- Mastery of engineering best practices (design patterns, clean code, observability, CI/CD);

Agile Space Industries is seeking an experienced Staff Systems Engineer who will provide system-level thinking on spacecraft propulsion system architecture decisions and evaluation of system requirement compliance. The ideal candidate for this role will have deep propulsion systems technical experience to execute system engineering practices on hardware development programs and provide guidance to internal teams on system requirement flow downs, to make informed architecture trade studies, and lead verification and validation process. Critical skillsets being sought after include leadership in system architecture development, requirement decomposition and management along with risk and opportunity management for hardware development. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made within the midrange, rather than the upper end.
