Job Description

Mental Health Therapist

Priory

• Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform (Zoom) to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals • Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Gottman Method • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in our streamlined EHR • Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Independent licensure in Ohio as an IMFT, LISW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
  • Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
  • Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
  • Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes
  • Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method
  • Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care
  • Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare workers!

Role Overview Location: Peru Timezone: EST On behalf of our US based client, ware seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Staffing Coordinator to manage daily open cases and ensure all shifts are fully staffed with suitable aides. This role is critical to maintaining service quality and requires speed, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities - Identifying caregiver availability and staffing new cases efficiently - Utilizing HHAX availability reports and Smart Maps to search for caregivers - Creating and maintaining a personal availability list based on caregiver conversations - Updating all relevant systems with caregiver availability and case details - Documenting caregiver case refusals or declines appropriately - Communicating with caregivers via Textus (no other platforms) - Assigning caregivers to cases and verbally reviewing all patient details, duties, special requirements, travel time, and expectations - Ensuring caregivers understand policies, including attendance, uniform requirements, phone usage restrictions, and cancellation notice requirements - Providing clock-in details and confirming understanding through caregiver read-back - Reviewing all patient notes prior to assignment - Updating OCR Smartsheet, caregiver profiles, schedules, and calendars accurately - Staffing a minimum of 15–20 cases per day (75–100 cases per week) Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in healthcare or home care. - Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. - Strong phone, texting, and written communication skills. - Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. - High attention to detail and strong follow-through. - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and messages daily. - Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
