• Build deep understanding of enterprise file transfer/automation workflows and guide product decisions • Maintain an active view of competitor products and differentiation • Translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap and drive execution • Produce clear, structured documentation • Coordinate releases across teams and ensure go-to-market readiness • Use customer feedback to iterate quickly and improve usability

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of enterprise file transfer/automation workflows (security, compliance, integrations, reliability)
  • Deep understanding of competitors' products, patterns, pricing/packaging, and positioning
  • Strong product documentation skills
  • Ability to work with engineering and design teams
  • Experience in making tradeoffs explicit and keeping teams aligned
