WHAT YOU’LL DO The Client Liaison serves as a high-touch escalation point for benefit-related employee issues and is deeply integrated into the client’s internal operations. This individual will work across teams and communication platforms to ensure timely resolution of benefit issues, support key benefit events like Annual Enrollment, and build strong relationships with both internal and client stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated employee benefit inquiries. Access and work within the client’s internal systems, such as case management platforms, Slack, and email. Support Annual Enrollment activities, including executive-level assistance where needed. Present quarterly Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics to client stakeholders. Maintain a strong presence across internal and client teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of benefit-related concerns. Build and manage effective relationships with client contacts, including compliance, HSA, and vendor-aligned roles. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to resolve system-related issues. Demonstrate professionalism and readiness when interacting with senior leaders or executives. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience): Strong background in client services, benefits administration, or employee support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of professionalism and polish, especially when interacting with executive stakeholders. Ability to navigate and work within client-specific systems and tools. Comfort working independently and managing competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external partners. Ability to anticipate needs and follow through on escalated items promptly. NICE TO HAVE (Preferred education and experience): Experience with bswift or a similar benefits platform. Prior experience supporting large clients or within a highly matrixed environment. Familiarity with employee benefits enrollment and compliance processes. Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
