This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-quality support to our clients. - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a positive experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery. - Provide product information and support to customers as needed. Qualifications - Proven experience in a customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
