Network Operations Specialist
CVS Health
• Implementing new networks through overseeing provider demographic data • Communicating regularly and efficiently with clients • Overseeing contractual rates and performing configurations as needed • Regularly use data and technical skills to configure information within internal Meritain system • Utilizing previous industry knowledge to best communicate with providers and other related external parties • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in provider network configuration
- Moderate to high skill set utilizing Microsoft Excel to format large data sets
- 3-5 years of experience in claims processing (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Working knowledge of execution and delivery skills
- Working knowledge of business intelligence
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Bachelor’s degree and/or specialized training
- Education Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED + 2 years of relevant experience)
