What You Would Get To Do: In this capacity, the ideal candidate would represent the FIRST brand embedded within a Solutions account for a Financial Services company. FIRST Solutions is the proprietary strategic meetings management model offered by FIRST, which embeds specialist talent into organizations to provide Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data & Insights. The Attendee Data Manager will provide the client with database management to ensure consistency of information and accurate data for their events by assisting in the development, testing and management of client event communications and online registration in addition to supporting attendees with the registration process. This role also manages room blocks, activity scheduling, onsite execution support including post-event attendee reporting. Your Contributions - Database management to ensure consistency of information using Cvent and/or proprietary client system in addition to Excel - Accurate data, inputting when required - Generating attendee, rooming and activity lists upon request - Manage post-event attendee reporting - Assist in the development, testing and management of client event communications and online registration - Assist attendees with registration process - Manage room blocks and coordinate with hotels - Manage ticketing allocation for large, multi-day sporting and hospitality events - Manage and coordinate ground transportation with clients and transportation companies as needed - Effectively communicate with internal and external clients via available communication lines; responding to all client queries within the agreed service level agreements - Assist event planners in contacting clients for relevant information – a/v details, gift sizes, presentations, etc. - Printing name badges, tent cards, place cards, departure notices, email confirmations, agenda, signage etc. where appropriate - Packing and sending all boxes – prepare shipping grid, investigate customs policies, etc. - Supporting other members of the department with mailings, onsite assistance etc. - Support event project managers/coordinators on overall program logistics, production and implementation, when applicable - Onsite event execution support - Assist with the training of new joiners and mentoring existing team members - Strict and accurate adherence to company’s time tracking policies and systems What We Are Looking For Please be aware that we know experience does not always look like we describe it.
