DSAR & Legal Ops Specialist

Leadfeeder

About Leadfeeder Leadfeeder turns B2B websites into lead generation engines. Every day, potential buyers visit your website and leave without filling out a form. Leadfeeder reveals which companies are behind that traffic, shows what they care about, and helps teams act while interest is high. By connecting website behavior with company data, intent signals, and automated workflows, Leadfeeder helps marketing and sales teams prioritise the right accounts and turn anonymous traffic into qualified pipeline. We’re a remote-first, international team building the next generation of lead generation technology for B2B marketers. Join us and help redefine how B2B companies generate leads from the signals already happening on their website. Position Overview We're looking for a DSAR & Legal Ops Specialist to support our data subject rights operations and help us build smarter, more scalable legal processes. This isn't a traditional legal role, we're equally excited by candidates with backgrounds in data quality, legal tech, privacy ops, or process automation as we are by those with conventional legal experience. What matters most is that you're organised, detail-oriented, and energised by the idea of making complex workflows run more smoothly. You'll be part of the team that ensures our Data Subject Access Requests, deletion requests, and data access queries are handled accurately and on time and who actively looks for ways to improve those processes using automation and AI tooling. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), deletion requests, and data access queries in line with GDPR and applicable regulations. - Maintain and continuously improve our DSAR intake, processing, and response workflows, reducing manual effort through automation where possible. - Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation tools to increase accuracy, speed, and consistency across legal ops processes. - Liaise with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR, to fulfil data requests and support cross-functional compliance. - Support the General Counsel with ad hoc legal operations tasks as needed. What we're looking for We care more about how you think and what you've built than the specific field you came from. You might be a great fit if you have experience in one or more of the following: - Legal, paralegal, or in-house legal support roles - Privacy, compliance, or data protection (GDPR specialist, DPO support, etc.) - Data quality, data governance, or technical operations - Legal ops, process automation, or workflow tooling You'll also bring: - Solid understanding of GDPR, data subject rights, and DSAR obligations or a strong track record of picking up complex regulatory frameworks quickly - Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted workflows and legal tech, with an eye for where these can add real operational value - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests with competing deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (C1/C2) - Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, async-first environment Nice to Have - Hands-on experience handling DSARs at a SaaS or tech company - Background in data governance, data quality, or working with engineering/product teams on data flows - Experience building or improving legal ops processes from the ground up Benefits - A high performing team that supports each other and celebrates success together - Flexible working hours as well as the possibility to work fully remotely or in one of our offices or in a hybrid model - Attractive benefits and rewards - Team events - Mental Health support with Auntie.
