About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to contribute to the optimization of e-commerce marketing campaigns. The Performance Marketing Specialist supports the activation, evaluation of multi-channel, multi-markets and/or multi-brand digital marketing campaigns to improve the category performance. The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro area, as this is a hybrid role. If this is you, we’d love to talk.  What You Will Do - Campaign Performance Monitoring: Utilize various analytical tools and methods to monitor and report on campaign performance. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. - Campaign Objective & KPI Development: Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define campaign objectives, conversion goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure all strategies align with broader business and growth priorities. - Tactical E-commerce Paid Media: Manage both onsite and offsite e-commerce paid media efforts. Optimize ad placements, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI. - Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with brand managers, providing feedback and actionable recommendations. Continuously improve campaign performance based on insights. - Holistic Performance Management: Adopt a top‑down analytical approach across brand, category, product family, and SKU levels. Maintain consistency and strategic alignment across all layers of the product hierarchy. - Actionable Insights and Growth Strategy: Develop and deliver actionable insights to accelerate sales across major e‑commerce channels, including Amazon, Walmart, CVS, Target, and Walgreens. Support both paid media initiatives and organic growth strategies to enhance product visibility and ranking. - Media Strategy & Optimization: Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of onsite and offsite media campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display advertising. Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Criteo) required - Strong Excel skills for data analytics and reporting. - Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
