Le tout en 100% remote et ça depuis 2009, avec aujourd’hui, 100 Boonders. La Squad Analyze, c’est quoi ? Concrètement, tu vas : - Produire des tableaux de bord et reportings thématiques : finance, business, recrutement - Suivre les performances commerciales, recrutement, production - Optimiser l’efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité - Aider à la prise de décision stratégique Le projet actuel : la refonte des reportings avancés afin de migrer vers une nouvelle génération de dashboards plus puissants. Et tu ne travailles pas dans ta bulle : tu collabores avec toutes les squads pour construire les KPIs et mettre de la data à disposition au sein des modules. Tu es au carrefour de tout le produit, en gros, tu as de l’impact ! Voici ton (futur) terrain de jeu : - Conception (30%) - Tu participes aux phases de Discovery et Shaping pour structurer les nouvelles features avant développement. - Tu es force de proposition sur les sujets à shaper (voir les discoveries en cours, proposer de nouvelles solutions…). - Tu aides à l’architecture des modules et l’optimisation des performances (caching, refacto, scalabilité). - Problem solver sur les problématiques fonctionnelles : il y a des règles de droits complexes car il y a beaucoup de personas et de métiers. - Développement (50%) - Tu développes des features - Optimisation cache, refacto code. - Participation à la stabilisation des tests. - Tu garantis un code robuste et tu aides la team Core/Platform pour faire évoluer la stack technique. - Collaboration transverse (20%) - Tu travailles en Tres Amigos (dev/QA/PO) pour challenger les specs et anticiper les effets de bord. - Tu participes aux relectures de PR avec les autres Leads. • AI-Augmented Development: Leading the team in adopting agentic coding workflows (like Claude Code and Copilot Workspace) to increase velocity without sacrificing stability • Architecting for Resilience: Building self-healing application architectures on GCP that can proactively manage edge-case failures at the kiosk level • Edge Excellence: Deploying and managing high-performance React/Node apps to ChromeOS devices at the edge, ensuring they are snappy and reliable • Rapid Prototyping: Turning "what if" into "here it is" by using AI tools to quickly spin up new features and opportunities for our customers • Technical Leadership: Conducting peer reviews that focus on architectural integrity, ensuring that AI-generated code meets our high standards for security and scalability • L3 Support: Assisting with high-level troubleshooting (with extra compensation for on-call) to keep the world’s kiosks humming

• Build and operate backend systems that serve AI-powered features in production. • Design inference pipelines, orchestration layers, and service boundaries around models. • Own production concerns: monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response. • Optimize latency and throughput across inference, caching, batching, and streaming.

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Principal Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale software systems in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for defining technical strategy, establishing architectural standards, and guiding engineering teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of architecting complex distributed systems. You will play a critical role in shaping technology direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
