Tasks Implementation Ownership & Delivery - Own end-to-end implementation of PlannerPal within enterprise clients - Lead complex onboarding programmes, including client migrations and novations - Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, accountable for timelines, delivery, and outcomes - Deliver a seamless “welcome to PlannerPal” experience, removing barriers to adoption Workflow & Process Transformation - Analyse existing adviser workflows and design improved, scalable processes using PlannerPal - Embed PlannerPal into client operating models, ensuring alignment with compliance and governance requirements - Support firms in standardising and optimising advice processes across teams Training & Enablement - Deliver training on the platform to external users, including advisers, paraplanners, and operations teams - Contribute to and deliver the webinar training programme - Develop enablement materials and best practices to support ongoing adoption Strategic & Commercial Support - Support new business opportunities by contributing to implementation planning and demonstrating value delivery - Work closely with Strategic Partnerships and Sales teams on enterprise deals and rollouts - Support key strategic partnerships, including involvement in new business and expansion initiatives Data, Insights & Optimisation - Use MI to analyse adviser platform usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and outcomes - Provide actionable insights to clients on how to maximise value from PlannerPal - Continuously refine implementation playbooks based on client outcomes Product & Quality - Feed client insights into product development and roadmap discussions - Support QA testing of new features and releases to ensure enterprise readiness - Ensure platform outputs align with real-world adviser workflows and regulatory expectations Requirements Core Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of: - Suitability reports and advice documentation - End-to-end advice workflows and processes - Adviser–client interactions and meeting lifecycle - CRM systems used in financial advice, particularly Iress Xplan - FCA-regulated environments Experience - Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or project delivery - Background in financial advice, paraplanning, adviser support, or wealth technology is strongly preferred - Experience owning client onboarding, implementation, or change management initiatives - Exposure to product pilots, trials, or early-stage rollouts within enterprise client environments - Experience working in a consultancy, implementation, or client-facing delivery role is a plus Desired Experience - Exposure to a start-up or scale-up environment - Experience working with AI tools or digital platforms - Familiarity with embedding new technology into existing operational workflows - Experience working with enterprise or large advice firms Skills & Attributes - Ability to quickly understand and adapt to different firms’ processes, structures, and requirements - Exceptional organisation, with the ability to manage multiple implementations, pilots, and clients simultaneously - Confidence running client calls, product demos, and training sessions - Strong attention to detail, particularly around documentation, data accuracy, and regulatory nuance - Commercial awareness and understanding of how successful implementation drives adoption, retention, and growth - Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and remote - Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where processes are still evolving Benefits - Competitive salary + pension + employee share options - Remote-first work environment (UK-based team) - Regular team meet-ups to foster collaboration and culture - Transparent, open environment where your voice is valued - Opportunity to grow into senior roles as we scale - Fast-growing start-up environment We’re a UK-based, remote-first team guided by principles that shape how we work together and with our customers: - Celebrate Individuals, Build as a Team - Focus on Foresight, Not Just Speed - Be Human, Not Perfect - Feedback is a Gift - Believe in Each Other - Grow Together - Build with Boldness - Customers First, Always Why Join Us?
