• Building and nurturing relationships with health centres to onboard them onto the Hlthera platform. • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and adoption among health centres. • Collaborating with dynamic teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for partners. • Analysing industry trends, identifying opportunities, and proposing innovative strategies to enhance Hlthera’s presence. • Representing Hlthera at industry events, conferences, and meetings to showcase the platform and forge valuable partnerships. • Providing regular insights and performance updates to leadership, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Some experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is preferred, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors, but a passion for healthcare innovation is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to solving complex challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, trends, and operations.
  • A passion for innovation and the drive to create impactful solutions.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage, with additional languages being a plus.
