• Build and run the GTM engine yourself • Orchestrate strategy, enablement, and revenue operations • Open doors and lead strategic conversations • Drive pilot customers across the finish line • Conduct structured discovery and develop clear value cases • Design demos and define POCs • Bring stakeholders together and lead them to close • Create clarity and transparency and keep the CRM clean • Forecast realistically and visualize progress • Activate the right levers, leveraging partners, events, and content • Feed market insights back to the founders and engineering team

• Serve as the CEO’s right hand and execute strategy across all areas of the business • Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and compiling performance updates • Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions • Support fundraising by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations • Streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and handle recruiting at scale with the help of AI • Act as a sparring partner for the founder in prioritizing and executing strategic projects across different areas of the business.
