• Your focus will be clearly on B2B sales and strategic customer work: Sales presentations & pitch materials: creating and continuously improving persuasive presentations and sales decks for B2B client meetings — structured, data-driven, and to the point • Key Account Management: maintaining and strategically expanding existing client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities • B2B pipeline development: identifying, contacting and qualifying potential corporate partners and customers • Strategic analyses: market, competitor and customer analyses to inform the sales strategy • Supporting the founders: assisting with client meetings, negotiations and the further development of our go-to-market approach • Process optimization: reviewing and optimizing existing sales and account management processes • Reporting: contributing to our KPI- and data-driven management system; preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
Job Requirements
- Experience in a management consultancy (e.g., MBB, Big4, strategy consulting or comparable) — you bring the analytical and structured thinking learned there
- You speak fluent German and very good English
- Strong ability to present complex matters clearly and persuasively — whether in a deck or in conversation
- You are a "doer": you can develop abstract strategies and are ready to implement them operationally
- Nice-to-have: experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
- Affinity for fintech, financial products or SaaS
- Experience in a startup environment
- Personal: independent working style with an eye for detail without getting lost in it
- Flexible and resilient in a fast-changing environment
- Growth mindset and openness to new tasks
