Offshore Partnership Manager
UMO
• Identify, source, and onboard payment partners globally (EMIs, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, liquidity providers) • Build relationships across offshore and international markets • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements • Understand and design payment flows across: Card issuing / acquiring, Crypto-fiat rails, High-risk transaction processing, Cross-border payments • Match business needs with the right partners • Stay deeply informed on payment trends, providers, and regulatory shifts • Bring insights on: New providers, Better pricing, Faster routes, Risk-friendly partners • Leverage and continuously grow personal network • Represent the company at industry events (Money20/20, SIGMA, etc.) • Build inbound deal flow • Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Finance
Job Requirements
- 5–10+ years in payments / fintech / crypto
- Strong network across EMIs, PSPs, banks, WASPs
- Deep understanding of: Payment flows
- Cross-border infrastructure
- High-risk processing
- Proven experience closing partnerships
- Highly commercial mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous / fast-moving environments
- Active presence in industry ecosystem (events, relationships)
