Directio

• Interacting with clients to determine solution specifications • Providing two-way communication between the customer and the extended project team • Providing consulting on credit decisioning • Interpreting and adapting information • Working with customers on both functional and technical aspects

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities
  • Experience with meter-to-cash processes
  • Experience with billing payments credits and collections
  • Experience with customer information and rate schedules
  • Experience with business requirements workshops and functional design
  • Experience with UAT process mapping and stakeholder management
  • Experience with translating business needs into system changes
