Program Director
Red Wine and Blue
• Develop and implement strategic plans for relational organizing initiatives • Mentor, coach, and empower the organizing team • Cultivate and maintain relationships with community leaders • Design and oversee the implementation of campaigns to mobilize suburban women • Ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum program impact • Foster a culture of equity and inclusion within the organization
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in leadership roles in program management, community engagement, or political advocacy
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and support a team, including people managers
- Proficiency in using data to inform strategy and assess program effectiveness
- Familiarity with policy development and advocacy work in Michigan
- Understanding of grassroots mobilization and coalition building
