Senior Appointment Setter – Outbound Caller

Outsourced Staff

• Call leads daily using Close.io dialer (or similar calling software) • Engage prospects in a polite, friendly, respectful, and welcoming manner. • Clearly introduce MacroActive and guide conversations naturally and confidently. • Identify prospects who are open to discussing their business goals and online growth opportunities. • Use Gong (or similar call-recording software) for call recording, coaching, and performance tracking. • Secure 45-minute appointments for the sales team. • Match each prospect with an available Sales Team calendar slot. • Confirm appointments and ensure prospects know who they’ll be speaking with and why. • Send reminders and follow-up messages on the day of the call. • Follow up with engaged but unbooked prospects. Conduct outbound calls to re-engage warm leads from the 40,000-contact database and secure appointments. • Log all calls, notes, outcomes, and appointment details in HubSpot (or other CRM tools). • Reschedule no-shows or cancellations as required. • Maintain accurate daily records and call disposition tracking. • Keep the Sales Team calendar consistently filled with high-quality appointments. • Collaborate closely with teammates and communicate updates effectively. • Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and warmth. • Identify low-quality leads and redirect them to www.VIP.coach when appropriate. • Participate in coaching sessions based on call reviews from Gong.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English communication (clear, friendly, confident).
  • Warm, welcoming, and persuasive phone manner.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
  • Experience with Close.io, HubSpot, Gong or similar tools (preferred).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
  • Coachable, driven, and motivated.
  • Reliable internet and professional remote setup.
