• As a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) with a focus on Java and Spring Boot, you will work with your team and our clients to gather requirements and drive implementation through to release and further development of a software application. • In a project to build the communication infrastructure as part of the digitalization of public administration, you will help master and actively advance the digital transformation. • Together with colleagues and clients, you will maintain the Product Backlog with primarily technical content, define ongoing sprint goals and plan releases. • You will analyze new requirements and derive technical user stories for our Java- and Spring-Boot-based backend components. • Your communication skills will serve you well in your role as the main point of contact for our clients. • You will keep stakeholders informed about current developments and maintain continuous interaction with clients, Scrum Masters, other Product Owners and developers. • Together with your team, you will be responsible for continuous quality assurance and the delivery of new software components. • You will work in a scaled environment with multiple teams, subprojects and consultants.

• Develop and evolve backend applications in Python (Django), ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability; • Work on the development of business-critical systems with high data volumes and direct operational impact; • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, service integrations, and communication with other company systems; • Design and manipulate data in PostgreSQL, ensuring efficiency and consistency; • Develop solutions integrated with data pipelines and distributed processing environments; • Work on messaging-based integrations, contributing to asynchronous and event-driven architectures; • Participate in the full development lifecycle, from analysis to production monitoring; • Investigate and resolve production issues, identifying root causes in a structured manner; • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to build solutions aligned with company objectives; • Support the implementation and improvement of observability practices (logs, metrics, and tracing).

• Develop, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services using the .NET platform (Core/.NET). • Collaborate on the architecture of new features and the continuous improvement of existing systems. • Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests and by following development best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture). • Implement and manage observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) using tools such as Dynatrace to monitor application health and performance in production. • Work with cloud infrastructure, deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and code reviews (Code Review). • Identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.
