Technical Program Manager

• Run end‑to‑end program execution across one to two engineering teams, ensuring predictable delivery of commitments. • Maintain detailed program plans, sequencing, timelines, and dependency maps across engineering, product, and partner teams. • Lead Agile ceremonies including planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, blockers, and cross‑team impacts; maintain RAID visibility. • Partner with Product Management to ensure requirements clarity, grooming quality, and alignment around increments and milestones. • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to sequence work, assess complexity, and resolve architectural or resource constraints. • Produce clear and consistent reporting: delivery health dashboards, KPIs, burn charts, forecasts, and executive summaries. • Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, ensuring clarity across teams and minimizing strategy‑execution gaps. • Support estimation, capacity planning, and quarterly/PI‑style planning for multi‑team initiatives. • Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery practices, operational excellence, and organizational cadence.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs across 1–2 engineering teams with predictable execution.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), backlog management, and cross‑team delivery coordination.
  • Experience identifying, escalating, and resolving delivery risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional issues.
  • Proficiency with structured communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts including APIs, cloud services, CI/CD workflows, and modern software architectures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken) to communicate effectively across global teams.
