Administrative Coordinator
20four7VA
• Manage daily communications and scheduling • Handle contracts and permits • Support project planning • Answering and returning calls • Coordinating estimates • Organizing email correspondence • Ensuring 811 utility locates are current • Accurately reading site plans to assist with smooth project execution
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with permitting processes and contract documentation
- Experience with reading site plans or construction drawings
- Proficiency in email and scheduling tools
- Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks.
- Experience in construction administrative support is a plus
