• Play a major part in delivering complex product features, experiments, or systems, from discovery and planning all the way to rollout and analysis • Build fast, reliable, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies • Create experiments and prototypes to quickly validate assumptions and guide product decisions • Look at problems deeply, identify patterns, and propose solutions that are both scalable and maintainable • Work closely with Product, Design, and Data to align on goals and deliver meaningful outcomes, even in ambiguous problem spaces • Influence product direction through technical insight and user empathy • Contribute to how we work as a team, including our engineering standards, rituals, and processes • Support teammates, share knowledge, and help maintain a collaborative, open, and inclusive culture • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, explaining decisions, trade-offs, and risks in an approachable way

• Ensure quality through design, processes, and tools in a CI/CD environment. • Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to build out new features, fixes, and continuous improvements. • Deliver features quickly and iteratively. • Design, build and maintain efficient, secure, reusable, and reliable code that runs performantly across devices under variable memory, screen size, and network constraints. • Participate in cross-team brownbags, workshop series, standups, hackathons, etc. • Analyze application performance and recommend improvements as needed. • Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging. • Provide expert front-end guidance to other engineers. • Contribute to technical documentation utilized in the Product and Engineering departments. • Must attend and contribute to scheduled meetings. • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Build web interfaces from Figma designs, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation (spacing, typography, grids, and responsive behavior) • Create reusable UI components following design system guidelines • Implement HTML and CSS in a structured, maintainable, and modern way • Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver the final solution • Ensure visual consistency, quality, and attention to detail across deliverables • Identify design inconsistencies and proactively raise observations when needed

• Work as a Backend Developer in experienced teams (Core, Foundation, or Careers). • Develop applications using Elixir (REST + WebSockets) and Phoenix framework. • Solve challenges in the application's codebase and scalability. • Collaborate within international teams.
