AI-Driven Supply Chain Manager

• Lead the overall planning, purchasing, and logistics, ensuring high performance and proactive problem-solving. • Manage departmental P&L, optimize cost centers, and improve supply chain KPIs while maintaining agility and service levels. • Drive the adoption of automation tools and AI agents to streamline forecasting, PO generation, inventory tracking, and risk management. • Oversee the full supply chain process—from sourcing to delivery—including: Product label and packaging approvals across compliance, legal, and design teams. • Align demand forecasts with sales and marketing plans, integrating campaign insights and real-time data. • Lead supply and PO planning with manufacturers in the US and China, optimizing lead times and MOQs. • Manage inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA—ensuring timely replenishment and healthy turnover. • Research and evaluate manufacturers based on quality, reliability, and cost criteria. • Partner closely with Product Development, Launch, Marketing, Sales, and the Amazon team to align supply chain inputs with business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or IT)
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or materials management
- Strong cross-functional coordination with proven ability to drive planning and execution across departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance)
- Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning required
- Experience supporting new product introductions and product lifecycle planning strongly preferred
- Proficiency with MRP, APS, and ERP systems is required
- Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with SQL and/or Microsoft Access is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and scenario planning skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or project management methodologies preferred (Green Belt or equivalent a plus)
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and implement in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Comfortable adopting or exploring automation and AI tools for process optimization
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as needed
