• Drive implementation of multiple, complex Project management initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones within established timeframes • Communicate with project stakeholders, executive and senior management, and provide reporting insights on issues through root cause analyses. • Set and continually manage Project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise Project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and take accountability for their assigned work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 - 8 yrs experience in Project or project management
  • 5+ yrs experience creating and driving large-scale technology and data-driven Project management transformation plans
  • Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word,
  • Highly effective in Microsoft (Excel, Project, Teams, etc.)

This position owns end-to-end program execution, leading cross-functional and cross-site teams through the full project lifecycle using disciplined project management methodologies, including stage-gate governance. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for scope, cost, schedule, risk, and operational outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, customers, and external partners, this role translates development and operational requirements into scalable, production-ready manufacturing solutions. Required Qualifications (Candidates must meet these requirements to be considered) - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. - 7–10 years of industry experience, including 3–5 years in project or program management. - Strong experience with medical device NPI and regulated manufacturing environments. - Demonstrated success managing scope, schedule, cost, and cross-functional teams on complex manufacturing programs. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency with project management tools and systems. - Ability to travel internationally as required. Preferred Qualifications (Will receive additional consideration) - Master’s degree in engineering, Operations, or Business. - Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth organizations. - Background in regulated manufacturing sectors such as: - Medical devices or life sciences - Single-use assemblies - Bioprocessing components - Medical textiles - Advanced engineered materials - Hands-on experience with ISO 13485 environments. - Certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar. - Experience scaling manufacturing operations or launching new facilities. - Exposure to automation, digital manufacturing, MES, or advanced analytics.
