• Actively seek out sales opportunities in collaboration with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline • Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform • Skillfully address customer objections - removing obstacles - and finding solutions to various client challenges • Lead the sales process naturally - guiding it to a close by effectively showcasing Workiva's value proposition • Regularly and promptly update customer relationship management tools to report customer contacts • Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales • Develop and deliver strategic account planning with purposeful action to secure sales success • Rally internal support to pursue an account and optimize internal resources • Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through • Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through a commitment to ongoing training and a growth mindset • Share knowledge, successes, lessons learned and best practices with peers across teams - including serving as a mentor to peers
Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a related role - enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales across major customer accounts
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
- Fluency in both German and English

This is a limited tenure position with a projected end date of June 1, 2027 The IT Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for a stand-alone laboratory IT environment wholly owned by Mayo Collaborative Services (MCS). This role has primary responsibility for building and establishing IT capabilities for a new company and laboratory; operating independently while remaining aligned with Mayo governance, security, and quality standards during the build and early operational phases. The IT Director is accountable for designing, implementing, and operating IT services across core IT and laboratory technology domains, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and laboratory systems. Services will be delivered through a combination of internal collaboration and managed service provider relationships, with accountability for service reliability, regulatory compliance, scalability, financial stewardship, and risk management. The Director serves as the primary technology leader and integrator, translating laboratory business and regulatory requirements into secure, reliable, and compliant technology solutions. This position is a limited-tenure role intended to support the formation, launch, and stabilization of the new company and laboratory. Job Summary The Associate Director, Strategic Development & Advocacy (SD&A) is a non-sales field marketing role responsible for building advocacy and support for ANI’s Acute Care team. This entails proactively engaging national, regional and global Thought Leaders (TLs), forging strategic partnerships with advocacy organizations, and collaborating with relevant entities to gather insights on disease areas and treatment landscapes pertinent to ANI Acute Care to help develop marketing strategy. Additionally, this SD&A role will collaborate with the Marketing Lead responsible for Commercial Advisory Boards and other consultancy arrangements. This includes establishing needs, selecting healthcare professional participants, and managing the contracting process. Furthermore, they will contribute to promotional Speaker Programs, assisting in speaker bureau member selection and serving as a primary point of contact for commercial expert speakers. They will also be involved in sponsorships and Patient Advocacy Organizations engagement on behalf of marketing. As a business leader within the team, this accomplished trailblazer will be expected to excel in cross-functional collaboration, executing Thought Leader (TL) engagement plans, and initiating projects to address business needs. The ideal candidate will have TL experience in (at least) one of the following practice areas: Podiatry, Orthopedic, Primary Care, Family Practice, General Practice, and Internal Medicine. They should demonstrate a keen ability to anticipate market trends and uncover competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy effectively. Success in this role hinges on a collaborative mindset, extensive experience in working with Thought Leaders, and a track record of driving results in alignment with ANI’s ethical business practices.
