• Project planning and tracking • Contract reporting • Staff oversight and supervision • Engage with other system owners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration • Collaborate with other team members to enable the teams to advance all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing) • Collaborating with the team on Agile activities, including estimation, iterative planning and retrospectives

• Develop and implement a comprehensive system for injecting Euclid’s knowledge library into AI-assisted feature context • Work cross-functionally with Engagement teams, Data, Product, and Engineering • Partner with Engineering to implement and manage a prompt development, testing, and evaluation process • Design, build, and continuously improve AI-assisted diligence checklists and review frameworks • Identify, collect and maintain a catalogue of existing services workflows that can be enhanced through AI automation • Manage small working groups to develop, revise, and test prompts for AI-assisted features • Translate renewable energy domain knowledge into prompt and system requirements • Build evaluation frameworks and rubrics for AI outputs • Define and track KPIs for AI-assisted delivery impact • Document and train internal teams on best practices for AI-assisted delivery • Act as an internal champion for practical AI adoption

• Assist in the planning and execution of 4-6 assigned projects, translating objectives into clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones. • Collaborate across teams, including scientific, computational, and business units, to facilitate effective communication and coordination. • Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and work with teams to resolve issues. • Communicate project updates, status, and results to stakeholders clearly and effectively. • Support budget tracking and resource planning for assigned projects. • Leverage project management tools to streamline task management and collaboration. • Contribute to the development and implementation of workflows to improve operational efficiency within projects.
