• Ensure the operation runs smoothly by eliminating internal bottlenecks • Unblock impediments and organize essential processes to support business growth • Act as the connection point between Sales, Product, Support, Customer Success and Finance • Quickly resolve communication breakdowns and alignment issues • Ensure strategic priorities are executed with speed • Identify bottlenecks that are slowing deliveries or impacting revenue • Coordinate internal solutions or work with external partners • Act as a troubleshooter for critical day-to-day problems • Support cash flow control, contracts, collections and administrative routines • Improve financial and operational processes together with leadership • Organize documents, contracts and the company’s legal structure as the business grows • Bring a practical and innovative perspective to solve operational challenges • Implement tools and methods that increase productivity and execution • Foster a high-performance operational culture

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, administrative management or operational leadership in startups or growing companies
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and ability to integrate across functional areas
  • Familiarity with vendor management and outsourced services
  • Practical knowledge of financial routines, contracts and corporate structuring
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies (preferred)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and process improvement (preferred)
  • Experience building operations during a scale-up phase (preferred)
